1. Main risks

1.9 if the derrick guy rope is not removed, and the suspension and traveling systems are not fixed, the derrick may collapse

2. Key points of supervision

2.1 the drilling crew shall organize the pre towing safety analysis meeting and formulate reduction control measures for the risks identified in the operation

2.2 apply for grade II hazardous work permit

2.3 throw down the drilling tools, big and mouse holes, fix the traveling system, hoist the Kelly into the rotary table mouth by the traveling block, and the male joint end of the Kelly is higher than the obstacles in front of the ground

2.4 the whole towing path is cleared, the foundation is filled and leveled, the derrick and the moving objects of the whole towing are firmly connected, the padeye is not welded, the derrick guy rope is loosened, and the connecting pipelines and cables are removed

2.9 it is strictly prohibited to carry out derrick towing operation when the wind force is level 6 (10.8 M/s) or above, and the visibility of heavy rain, snow and fog is less than 100 m

2.10 when the derrick cannot be dragged, the ball screw pair drives the middle crossbeam, stop the operation, find out the reason, and do not continue the operation if the reason cannot be found
