Safety technical disclosure of climbing formwork installation and removal

1. Safety requirements for climbing formwork installation

(1) before lifting, check whether the formwork is completely separated from the wall, and whether the pull rod bolts of the internal and external formwork are all removed

(2) whether all climbing rod bolts meet the requirements

(3) during the lifting process of hydraulic jack or chain fall, keep the formwork rising steadily 2 Rubber tensile testing machine: the elongation of rubber or elastomer is relatively large, and the height difference of the top surface of the formwork shall not exceed 100mm. During the lifting process, it is necessary to regularly check whether there is a hook between the formwork and the scaffold, and whether the oil pump works normally

(4) after the formwork is lifted, it should be corrected and fixed with the inner formwork immediately. Only when there is a reliable guarantee can the oil pump return oil and loosen the jack or chain fall

(5) regularly check whether the support head is deformed. If there is any deformation, it should be handled immediately to prevent accidents caused by overload of the formwork retaining wall bolts

(6) when lifting the climbing frame, replace the oil pump climbing rod in the template into the climbing frame oil pump (remove the support head to prevent falling and hurting people), tighten the climbing rod bolts, and then it is allowed to remove the retaining wall bolts. Then start lifting. During the lifting process, pay attention to the height difference of the climbing frame not exceeding 50mm and whether there are obstacles

(7) the form climbing operators must abide by the general safety regulations of the site and wear the specified labor protection articles

(8) the climbing frame can be lifted only after the concrete reaches the specified strength. The lifting should be commanded by a specially assigned person, especially in the aerospace field, which has a wide application prospect, and must meet the following requirements:

1) all the through wall bolts of the large formwork are not loose

2) each climbing frame must be lifted by hanging two chain blocks (or a jack)

3) the safety wire rope must be fastened, and a special person must be assigned to check it

4) before removing the wall bolts of the climbing frame, adjust the chain fall to the working state, and then remove the wall bolts

only when all the above conditions are met can it be improved

(9) after lifting in place, install the wall bolt, pad the washer and tighten the nut according to the regulations, and loosen it only after it meets the requirements with a force wrench. We expect the TPV capacity of the company to expand by about 83% chain fall (or Jack). It is forbidden to lift the climbing frame with a tower crane

(10) when lifting the large formwork, the corresponding formwork can only be lifted in a single piece. It is strictly forbidden to lift two large formworks at the same time, and the following matters should be paid attention to:

1) the large formwork must be suspended, and all the through wall bolts must be removed

2) the safety wire rope must be fastened and checked by a specially assigned person

3) when lifting with multiple chain fall, each chain fall should be adjusted into the working state of the oil cylinder before removing the through wall bolt

(11) the lifting of large formwork must be commanded by a specially assigned person, and each chain fall or Jack must be carried out synchronously

2. Safety requirements for the removal of climbing formwork

(1) the removal of climbing frames and climbing formwork should be carried out by a specially assigned person under the command of a specially assigned person and in strict accordance with the specified removal procedures

(2) loosen the sizing block bolts of the carrying pole on the top of the climbing frame, so as to observe whether the tower crane really lifts the formwork

(3) check the rigging, fasten the formwork lifting ring with armor remover (no hook), gently lift it tightly with a tower crane, and tighten it with ropes at both ends to prevent rotation, and then remove the jack climbing rod to ensure stable transportation and falling during lifting, so as to prevent collapse accidents caused by large formwork shaking and collision

(4) when lifting, lifting rings and safety hooks should be used. During the removal of armour, it is not allowed to pull and lift obliquely. It is strictly forbidden for operators to rise and fall with the formwork

(5) when the climbing frame with windows is removed, the operator is not allowed to enter the climbing frame, and is only allowed to remove the bolts indoors. The climbing frame without window enters the climbing frame and removes the bolts. The upper opening of the climbing frame and the place attached to the wall need to pull the cable wind rope. Personnel are strictly prohibited from lifting with the climbing frame

(6) when dismantling the formwork, a safety warning line should be set nearby and below, and a special person should be assigned to guard it to prevent objects from falling and injuring people

(7) the site for stacking formwork shall be leveled and compacted in advance, and shall be padded 150mm higher than the surrounding area to prevent ponding. Long skids shall be paved before stacking
